If you live in New York, you’ve probably already gone through the literal exercise of moving furniture up and down the narrow apartment stairwells that the city is known for. Stephen Kuhl and Kabeer Chopra want to eliminate that pain point with Burrow, a new direct-to-consumer furniture brand that minimizes cost and assembly without minimizing design. This week, they launched the brand’s first furniture with The Burrow Sofa.
Designed by Leah K.S. Amick, The Burrow Sofa comes in five colors (Crushed Gravel, Charcoal, Beige, Navy Blue and Brick Red), two armrest options (high and low), and four configuration options (1, 2, 3 or 4 seater; although you can always add additional modules if you need to in the future).
Depending on which configuration you choose, the Burrow Couch will arrive in two to five compact boxes and can be assembled and disassembled in less than 10 minutes. Did we mention that shipping is free (!) and you don’t need any tools to put the couch together (!!)? The days of finding out you need an Allen wrench (and then subsequently googling “what is an allen wrench”) are now over.
Visit Burrow to learn more or order their first couch. (Or you could always cut your couch in half if you really needed to…)
