Design na Pele partnered up with 13 Brazilian furniture designers to showcase the beauty and craftsmanship of Brazilian leather to the world. Recently at ICFF in New York, they debuted Raiz Project, an exhibition showcasing different products, each that demonstrates the innovative use of Brazilian leather and highlights the spirit of Brazilian furniture design. To further support the project, three Raiz Project designers – Jader Almeida, Lattoog and Marta Manente – teamed up with traditional Brazilian tanneries to fuse together design and leather in an intriguing way.
