Brickworks Centre, a Melbourne based company, hired GOLDEN to design a multipurpose office to house their sales and marketing office, along with functioning as a model example for the surrounding revitalization project that will span 10 years. The new space needed to be outfitted with durable materials to withstand the traffic they’re expecting throughout the duration of the project. At the same time, they wanted it to feel warm and homey, which they managed to expertly accomplish.
The space is set up as a display unit for the future residential development, while also housing the needs of the sales and marketing people who are tasked with selling the future homes.
Modern furniture works alongside robust pieces, like the massive stone slab that works as the sales counter.
Natural oak was brought in to line the walls, keeping all of the marketing materials stored away and out of site.
The use of wood adds a feeling of coziness and warmth to welcome visitors. A curated selection of art and design objects are placed throughout.
