If you ever want to inspire your employees, consider creating a vibrant workspace that sparks energy and creativity, much like the LOQI headquarters in Berlin. Designed by Tina Bunyaprasit and Werner Aisslinger, of Studio Aisslinger, the new LOQI offices break from convention and instead boast a lively color palette that includes white and grey basics paired with rich, saturated colors that bring the space to life. Colorful, international, sustainable. Three words the designers incorporated into the design plan for the young, global brand known for their playful bags and totes.
Workspaces will always be changing based on the needs of the company as it evolves over time. Plus, you throw in a worldwide pandemic and you have a whole lot of unknowns about the future. To plan ahead, the flexible workspace was designed like “living, breathing organisms” that are adaptable and accommodating for the employees, allowing them to choose how, where and when they work.
The 1000-square-meter space is a giant white box with all of the components changing to form new co-working areas, break-off space and individual work capsules.
There are times people need to isolate to focus on the work they’re doing, which makes these colorful, futuristic work capsules perfect for the job. The domed window still allows the person to keep an eye on what’s happening outside while offering a quieter space to concentrate.
