Visit Philadelphia Like a Local at The Touraine Apartments

Visit Philadelphia Like a Local at The Touraine Apartments

One of the best ways to experience a new city is to live like a local. Instead of opting for a hotel suite, why not live for a few days in a historic apartment building instead? At The Touraine by Spruce Street Commons, you can expect all the amenities of a hotel with the comforts of home. That’s because The Touraine is an apartment complex that set aside two homes – the No. 108 one-bedroom apartment and the No. 105 studio apartment – specifically for traveling visitors in the Philadelphia area.

Located in Rittenhouse Square, the two apartment rentals offer all the amenities that full-time residents of the building enjoy, including the business center, gym, and yoga studio. The marquis suite, No. 108, is inspired by the home of the Natalie Suresch, Creative Director at The Touraine. It boasts of color, lush greenery, a bohemian vibe, and unique objects found throughout the home. It comes equipped with Rival Bros. coffee, the paper in the morning, a pack and play if you’re traveling with kids, laundry and wash & fold service.

The No. 105 is a more modern retreat inspired by Japanese and Scandinavian aesthetics. Designed by Ali Jane Hitchcoff, Design Coordinator at The Touraine, with tranquility in mind, the studio apartment is filled with light, comes with a library of books about art, Japanese design and bathing culture, and includes beautiful ceramics and cast iron cookware for you to enjoy a home-cooked meal.
