Beam and Glow by PELLE

Beam and Glow by PELLE

Beam and Glow is a new collection designed by New York-based studio PELLE that consists of a series of horizontal and vertical lighting structures comprised of vibrant colored abstractions that create an immersive and unique lighting experience.

The collection explores the nature of light, color, scale, and context through the expression of ‘objecthood’ found in the Minimal Art movement. Each light is outfitted with an optical grade resin lens framed by anodized bent aluminum that are anodized or stained with a hand-applied finish.

As described by the designers, “The singular line of the lens is echoed in the simple rectangular frame, conjoining clarity of form with a soft and expansive colored light to create an impactful, yet unobtrusive, environment.” The current collection is available in a variety of formats, including wall-mounted, flush-mounted, or ceiling-suspended.
