Make Use: Celebrating West Coast Craftsmanship

Make Use: Celebrating West Coast Craftsmanship

JOIN, a Seattle-based community of designers and makers, teamed up with Rejuvenation to highlight the artisan craftsmanship and beauty of West Coast makers. Make Use, which recently made its debut at ICFF 2017, is a collection of objects for the home from 14 different, West Coast-based studios.

The curated collection celebrates the perfect combination of beautiful form with straightforward function. Each piece brings together materiality and process in a symbiotic way, encouraging experimentation from different makers in the independent design community. The collection was curated by Sallyann Corn and Joe Kent of fruitsuper and Melanie Abrantes of Melanie Abrantes Designs.
